I think they're basically the same but the Minimag is a little smaller. FirstCallPaintball.com has 'em for $309.

They are basically the same except the Mini looks different and has the vert bottle adapter.

The mini looks better and has more stars on the valve for more waranty's. The mini is also mor eocmpact, and has verticle bottle, so no liquid c02 gets in your gun.

I like the Powerfeed though. Great classic gun, its all just your preference. The Mini ain't my favorite. But again just personal preference.
