I wanted to know how good these things work and if they are worth getting since I have heard both good and bad things about them.

I've got the whole set up, harness, collar and pods, and let me tell you, the only down side is how much paint you'll go through using them.
OK, there is one other downside, because the harness holds the pods horizontally, and with no closure flaps, you run the risk of taking a pod hit, and if you get hit where the pod opens, you will get paint inside the pod. It's a risk you have to take if you get the system.
Beyond that, there are no other downsides to the system it works great and makes reloading on the field a snap, almost too easy.

Will the speed collar fit on a revvy? How hard is it to install?

Should fit on a Revolution or any other hopper that has the VL 200 type opening. The collar can be somewhat of a pain to get on your hopper, and you may have to "improvise" the installation (like drill out a hole in the collar to run a screw through, but nothing more serious than that).

One of my teamates had one, and it did reload super fast, with the expence of a bigger hopper, which makes it a bit tougher to tuck in real super tight. So you gotta determine what you want, to be super small, or reload very fast. If you're just lookin to reload fast, then yeah, they're great, and they will let you reload almost instantly. Also, make sure you prioritize your upgrades. Buy a barrel before a speedcolar, maybe you need a new d/f, or nitro... that sort of thing. If you just want to be able to reload instantly though, they're great
