Icd sucks and nothing will change this

ICD i S THE WORST COMPANY EVER.............................................. .................................................. ................................... I called icd and asked them if they could fix some problems that i still have after sending my gun to them already. They called me a "LIAR" on the phone and screamed at me because they said that i broke it. I got my gun back from them with the solenoid wire hanging out of the frame pinched very badly. It eventually broke and tghe gun dosent work. Also one of the chip pieces that hook to the wire connector was snapped off WHEN I RECIEVED THE GUN. I asked them to fix many problems with my gun they only fixed one and it dosent even work now. Ive only shot the gun one time and im pissed. It is one of the worst company ever ever ever. Do not buy anything from these mean people. They dont know how to run a company and they dont know what they are doing. Ive had soo many problems with the gun in one month its not funny. The gun is made soo cheaply and will probably never work no matter what is done to it. I have blowback on my gun and they said they would have to charge me for a new bolt. They messed their guns up they should pay for it. He said in parantheses "We drilled the bore of the bolt to big or too small" Why would they make u pay for it when it is their problem. They are lame. I will end this incident soon. I want to know the owner of Icd and i want his number.

Ha, your saying that its the worst company, but everyone I know with an ICD gun is happy as hell with it. Sorry for your bad experience, but dont bash the whole company. Sorry, but a lot of this doesnt seem true. Thats about all I have to say.

Well only thing I really have to say to that is dont expect much sympothy from the users here since most of them love there ICD markers! I cant personally say if im going to love or hate them since I cant afford the one I want atm. Everything Ive read about their customer service is good barring one other pissed off person much like yourself. These cases seem few and far between and im sorry for any negative feelings you've gotten about the company as a whole. Live, learn and move on with life its about the only thing you can do!

Ummmm, no. I dont know where the hell you live, but ICD is a very respected company in most places. They're just not as popular due to lack of sponsorships. Now why dont you take your WGP loving self, into their forums.

Ha Ha funny guys u dont know jack **** about how mad i am. Icd is not perfect but how can they screw sooo many things up. I used to be a happy owner for about 2 days but it went downhill from ther. When ur called a liar on the phone by the manager its not very cool. I think u would agree. Im not here to make enemies. I representing my opinion in this matter

Maybe you should have been more cool about it then just coming on here and flaming the hell out of it. They're a great company for the most part, just try e-mailing them, while keeping your cool, and describe the situation. This should be solved quite easily if its done in a cool and calm manner.

The one experience I had with ICD was crap too. I ended up spending $50 in shipping to fix a $7 problem--and it took them two months on top of that. I won't send anything to them again. I fix everything myself now.

As for the problems with your gun, every company can't put out 100% top quality guns or work everytime, so u got a lemon just talk to ICD calmly and they will help you

Just calm down because if this is how your gonna go about w/ your representation of your opinion your going about it all wrong and then wondering why everyone isn't liking you

If you want to rant and rave in the forum go ahead thats fine at times sometimes its easier to let it out instead of breaking something (trust me ive done it before). ICD has been nothing but good to me but that doesnt mean that they are wonderful to everyone, nobody is perfect its just the way life is. What I would suggest to you instead of argueing with all of the people here is email Steve@ICD (icdsales@mindspring.com) he is in charge of customer service and may be able to help you out, between him and Greg I have nothing but praise for them. Also where are you in Illinois? If you would be willing I would be more then happy to try and help you solve your problems without sending the marker out again, most people here can attest that I will do my best to get you up and running as quickly as possible. I may not be ICD Certified but i can do basic repairs.

I teach 6th grade and the "I-didn't-get-my-way,-so-I'm-going-to-act-however-I-want" attitude is amazing. Even if the kid has a valid point, it never gets you very far to sound like an immature whiner when you state your case. I guess that's why you don't see a lot of lawyers acting like elementary schoolers as they defend their clients.

So even if you're telling the truth for the sake of helping out people making future purchases from ICD, it's not a very effective way to do it. And since I just made a purchase from ICD, believe me, I would be one of the people interested in what you're saying.
