Milled? unmilled?

Yea another newbish question. I looked in the stickies and it told the difference between a milled an unmilled bko. But does the milled bko extreme have the new reg or no? Also if it doesnt from an all out preformance standpoint would it be better to get the unmilled? Or is it a small deffirence because i think the unmilled looks scrapy.

The milled has an older style reg, not as good, but most people replace the HPR pretty soon after buying one anyway.
The thing is, you will not likely be able to find an unmilled, they stopped making them soon after they started.
