You only rise a few inches off the ground but the impression is fantastic. This trick is all in the presentation with you appearing to rise slowly, wait for a second or two and then return to the ground quickly so as the audience do not have time to figure the trick out.

I saw a show about revealing magic stuff, it said David blane does something similar. He goes up on one toe and the people think he is levitating. They get the shots of everyone going 'WOW he is a few inches off the ground'. Then when its over he goes back to the same spot and gets pulled up on some wires that pull him 1-2 feet off the ground. Then they splice the two scenes together, or so I'm told. I thought his card tricks were cool.

Drive west to Omaha Nebraska where i live.

There are only a few paintball fields on the western side of IOWA (Council Bluffs Area) and they all pretty much suck. Most people cross the border and play in the eastern Nebraska area, we have 2 fields here that are pretty good, although i only played at one of them (Mad Cow Paintball) I haven't been to Husker Yet, but i hear its better than Iowa.
