Stop.
You already wasted a lot of money on an x-chamber and the freak.
You should have just gone with Anti siphoned Co2, with a palmers stabalizer and Large bore barrel like a Dye ultralite, or a cheaper alternative the Lapco bigshot, SP tear drop, jj ceramic or CP 1 piece.
Stocks and remotes are really preference, but if your in to the i can't tell you what to do, whether you like remotes and stocks or whatever.
I would have just gone with the regular bottomline set up and thrown a buttplate on the tank if i liked that feel.

Note: never use an Anti siphon and remote together.

If it were me. I would sell the freak kit, xchamber, remote hose, stock, and CO2 tanks and get HPA and a CP1pc or something. But, I wouldnt buy much more than what you have now.

Stop there. IMO you went a little to far with the Freak Barrel system, xchamber, and remote.

Well don't be too upset. Theres always a bigger idiot around who spent way more on their marker out there. lol I'm still sort kicking myself for not lookin online before I bought my marker. but it was kinda one of those love at first site things. I saw her, picked her up, played with her a few times, and bought her all in about 5 seconds. Hey as long as you love your marker and don't regret anything your good to go. You cant ever stop tinkering with your marker. Isn't that the fun of it all. making your marker shoot faster farther and straighter.

now do me a favor and please stop posting the same "Do I need anything else for my marker" threads. I mean I wouldn't mind so much if it was a different person each time but you have asked the same question like 4 time this week.

Thanks

David

This thread is about as important as an APG article.

j/k

But just sell the Tippy and go for something else if you feel you are being held back.

the reason I said to sell some things and get HPA is because if you get a better gun in the future, you are gonna need HPA anyway. Mags, HPA, cockers, HPA, although CO2 w/ A/S can be used, w/ mech mags.

freak BIG waste of $ for an open bolt gun, take his advice and get HPa, But stick with your tippy there tougher than a mag or cocker specially if ur playing in woodsball. i would get the barrel i have the .688 ironmen steel baby arrrrrrrrr!

I would disregard everyone elses post, really its about you. I have an x chamber and use co2 and i'm extremely happy with my a-5. If you are going to keep your a-5 for a long time like I will, then I think your setup is great. I plan to have my a-5 for a long time now(plus the fact i'm not allowed to get another new one :p). I say it depends on your plans for the future. I'm happy with my a-5 but I also only play woodsball and don't plan to play tournaments. You'll find out on your own eventually I think. Good luck

Yours,
Vow

while I agree with the freak being useless, anti-siphons shouldn't be combined with remotes.

Overall, the only thing you might want for your gun, is a rear velocity adjuster.
