Hi, my field has a rule of 230fps and i am wondering if i should use my low velocity spring at the highest, or use my high velocity spring at the lowest setting? which is better/more constant/ etc etc... thanks

They should both be about the same. It's really not going to matter, as long as using one of those springs at some setting gets you the 230fps. Reason being, that if your marker is firing at 230 with both springs, both springs have the same tension, and it makes no difference :)
