I've got a Piranha STS G2 with a 16inch all black All American barrel. I cannot find a consistant paint tht works well with this gun

I've found that there is a barrel to gun matching issue for our type of markers. For example, I have 2 buds with Spyder Shutters and Boomsticks. One shoots great with PMI Advantage (no breaks) and the other can only shoot Hellfires (breaks everything else).
I had a Dye Aluminum 12in and it broke everything. I finally switched to the 32Degrees' Terminator and now I don't get any breaks.
What this long explanation is trying to say is that you'll most likely have to try changing barrels if you can't find a good paint match to your All Am barrel. However, I would recommend that you try out different barrels before you settle on one. Easier said than done, but well worth it in the end.
Hope this helps.

Is your all american all black? If so then it works best with medium bore sized paint. What all type of paintballs have you used?

My first game with the gun I was shooting BigBall, this was when they first came out, with the EXTREMELY tight bore non ported barrel. I almost quit after that day. Later i learned that it was tight bore and after recieving my dye i set the stock on fire and tossed it out my widow.
