I personally think buying a Java Edition gun for an add on of like 30 bux is stupid. What do you think?

if you like the color then it is worth the money...there are plenty of guys that get a marker only to later decide they want it a different color and end up spending 60....100...150...or more to get it painted or anod...I think ano is better than painting...but thats a different thread...so if that is the case then spend the extra money and get the color you like.....

Well in speedball etc flashie guns are ok but,in a woods game they suck. Ther guns in all this camo gear to not be seen and then there spoted by there gun. This pass weekend i got my hits on these guys than on plain jane ones.I dont see anything too spending the money on flash when i can use it too upgrade my gun better. Now thats me,others like all the flash thats fine if we was all the same we all have one gun and they all look the same.

well the java guns really aren't that flashy. You see unlike the shutter they have no metallic silver witch is the real cause for standing out. If you have a compact java its alright because the red and black aren't really that shiny but the java shutter and tl stick out on sunny days.

That's why I think having an all black gun is a good thing to have. It doesn't stick out...ever.

Actually the Java Shutter has shiny chrome on the foregrip, beaver tail, and LP chamber, but of course your hand will be on the foregrip. My dad got me my Shutter as a combination birthday/Christmas present, and when he found out there was a purple one, he got that (Vikings fan, you see). IMO no Shutter is really worth the money, and I really regret spending the extra for mine, but that aside I don't think the Java Shutter looks as good as the blue, maybe about even with the red. So to me it's not worth the extra money, but hey, for all you big Vikings fans out there...

Hell yeah! The Java Spyder Compact 2000 is definitely worth the extra $10. I don't really care about the anodizing at all, but the quick strip pin is all that matters. That thing lets you pull out most of all your internals really quickly. Only problem is that the quick strip pin for the Java Spyder Compact 2000 don't allow you to use 'Cocker pullpins...

i have a java compact 2+1, its worth the money, it was only like 120, thats not bad, it came w/ a basic bottom line too(which i replaced w/ an Xpansion chamber anyway). i'd say go for the cool color and the field strip Pin is GREAT.
