sorry for all the whacked posts recently, but now i just have to say one more thing. Ihave been on and off the phone with ICD techs and none of them could help me and i checked here and no one could help me. So i decided to try something new and asked the nice lady who answered the phone what my problem is. It turns out im missing a cup seal and another little LPR part. Isn't that really annoying? the past two weaks we thought something was broken, but i was just missing a two little 25cent parts. So next time some one else has problems with velocities, ask them to shake their LPR and see if they can hear the spring inside shaking, if it is they are missing parts.

Sorry, I just jad to tell you all and tell you never overlook the really cheap and small parts. When you take your gun apart, make sure you keep track of all the little pieces!

Travis, i think this will fix the problem so i wont even bother to send you those pictures of my regulators.

OK I was wrong, should the spring in the LPR, the smaller one, where it goes in right before the piece you twist to adjust the velocity be lose? Keep in mind this is a 2004 extreme. When i shake the LPR I here it moving, what does this mean? what part am i missing?
