Hi. I am getting a CP Lightning 2.0" Dropforward. I have a vert reg Impulse. Will I need and more microline and fittings or will what is on my Impulse already? I am going to just put the Duckbill thats on my Impulse on the CP drop. You know what I mean. Will I need any more materials when I order? Sorry for the stupid question. I have never put on a drop forward before. Thanks a lot. Impy

P.S. Is the hose that is on the Impulse already a macro or micro line?

Impulses come with macro line. It allows a larger volume of air to flow through. You should have plenty of line to add a drop forward. If not macro line is pretty cheap. I myself prefer steel braided line. It lasts longer.

If you get an impulse with the reg under the grip, it's low pressure line and can only handle about 300 psi.

actually its is not macro or micro line
it is smartparts own type called shocker line
it is even larger than macro and if u want to switch to macro u will need to get new fittings
and shocker hose can hand much more than 300 psi

actually I believe it's called Smartline. But you are correct about needing new fittings.
