Why do you have to use that on Impy's and do they come with it??

Dow 33 is made for Shockers and Impys. If you use anyhting else you might mess it up. The gun comes with a small little tube of it that will last you a few weeks. then you have to buy some.

Go to www.grainger.com They got any lube you want. and they give you enough to last a long time. Just use the search and type in DOW 33, that's what I did.

What makes dow 33 better than others for the impy, does it havea special ingrdient?

Dow-33 is a low temp grease that SmartParts has decided would best suit the workings of their markers, So much so that if they detect anything but D-33 in any returned to the factory markers (for repair under warranty) they will not honor the warranty! So! Don't use anything but Dow. It's that special!
