I used my friend's talon. I got hit in the leg likr two seconds into the game. Then we just traded shots for like ten minutes until I moved and got gogged.

I used a Stingray II on twelve grams. (I got hooked!) I broke the ASA the first game, and the second I used a Spyder Compact (rental)... and rocked... for a noobie.

In reality though I was pretty bad my first time. I enjoyed it enough though to get hooked on the game.

I didn't know how to hide behind stuff, so i stood out in the open. I gogged this one guy while jumping in the air using a broken talon running off 12g's.

I owned everyone. No, seriously. First game i played was in back woods in April with 6 of my friends. I had a stock RAS Intruder (spyder clone). First game was 3 vs. 3. I found myself alone behind a big tree like 2 minutes into the game. I was so scared, I could hear shots in the distance and someone moving quite a ways ahead. I got up and ran away to where I thought my teamates were. I joined up with them and we started to clear the woods, I saw someone up ahead and then went ape****. I fired my whole hopper at them and never got em. Me and my teamates realized that he was just distracting us while the other two flanked us from the right. The two flanking guys opened up on us and took out both my guys leaving JUST ME. Oh god i was so scared. I was trapped behind a small piece of plywood with three people shooting at me. I popped out, fired a few times so they ducked and then ran screaming the other way. I ran up a hill and hid at the top under a fallen down tree. I could see them moving through the trees, they went separate ways and tried to find me. I waited until just the right moment to fire at one guy, he was only 10 feet away with his head popped up over the hill. BAM, gogged him. "OMG, OMG, I got someone" Now the other two had a general idea of where i was so i got up and ran further away. I hid inside a hole in the ground that an extremely large rock had made. I waited again until I saw someone close and opened fire on them. BAM, two in the chest. OMG I GOT ANOTHER GUY OUT. So it was down to me and another guy with a 98c. I got out of the hole and moved behind a big tree, he saw me and fired at me. I stayed behind cover and waited for him to move up closer to my position. Then i popped out and fired at him, he hit the ground and only had this tiny piece of raised ground as cover. i wanted to go bunker him but was afraid i would trip and then get owned so we had this crazy shoot out for 5 minutes until I finally ran out of paint. I could have said ok game over but i wanted to know what it felt like to get hit so i wasn't scared anymore. I ran out from behind the tree screaming "WOOOOOO DONKEY DONKEY DONKEY" and he shot me like 5 times. Ah man it was so sweet. The next 4 games I shot a guy in the forehead and gave him a huge welt, took out the whole team single handedly and only got shot 1 more time. My friends said they thought I wouldn't play paintball anymore because i found it too easy. :laugh:

well, i played once or twice when i was little but when i realy got into it i played with my freind in my yard w/ 98c of course. Our first time at a feild we went to kids night and kicked all the little kids butays. It was so much fun.................

I played in the woods against my neighbor. I was in 3rd grade and had never played paintball before. My neighbor (who was much older than me) and I both used Talons with 10-round tubes. To make it brief, he ended up shooting the hood in the jacket I was wearing and the paintball didn't bust and just sat inside the hood. I was pretty scared during the game. Like all 1st timers, I was afraid of getting hit and we ended the game after the hood shot.

My first time was me and a friend vs. My cousin (In the military) and my brother, also playing for his first time, in a speedball mach. Everyone except my cousin had Eradicators. Me and my friend pretty much stayed together and got bunkered by my cousin. My brother was scared of being shot, so he never even moved from his first spot. Pretty sad, anymore I'm the one doing the bunkering.

First time i played i was 13 and i rented a worthless pirahna that chopped balls like an iron chef. My cousins got knocked out in speedball and i was last one left and i singlehandedly took out 3 guys and ran out of paint on the last guy in speedball...then in woods i got bunkered and the guy shot me from about 4feet away in my bare hands 6or7times :pissed: and i also got hit on the top of my head twice in speedball and came pretty close to gettin shot below the belt :| but i got hooked to paintball even though i had a bad gun. :D

I had a terrible gun with a 8 inch tube barrel. It sucked so bad. Atleast it was semi though. Point zero model 83.... that gun sucked so much balls. I got a new barrel and it is decent now to let my friends use it when we go.

So Basically I never got anyone out the whole day. Shot a few people but they never broke . Actually I could hit someone standing still like 2 times in 40-50 shots (literally) , and the only reason he stood still is because he didnt see me and I just kept laying down paint and 2 finally hit him, but it was cheap k mart paint and the shell was too thick.. lol. Then after the guy next to me gogged some guy, the guy stood up and turned around and I shot him in the shoulder, but it didnt break. Not to mention this kid chucked a grenade at my head and it didn't break but just bounced off. And I don't know if you have ever held one, but they arent the lightest things in the world and getting one thrown full on at your head doesn't feel the best. About the only breaks I got was in tree branches, and on trees. And this my friends, is why I have been scarred from woodsball for life. I will never do it again.

my first time was to sc village with a coupla friends, both had upped E-Spyders at the time, one being a E99 and one a Sprint framed Xtra, both with All American barrels and Supa Fly bolts, the E99 having an Egg though. I was in awe of those guns at the time as i was still a Armotech-wanting, "sniper" noob. Got to the field pretty early, got my rental tippy pro carbine (which i thought rocked at the time because it had a single trigger and a sling, and sights!!!), as i come from a firearm backround i wanted it to be just like my normal firearms. 15 miuntes of rules then off to the first game beruit. Its a small little field, with a VW van somewhere near the middle. Well game starts and i of course start behind my friends and off the break we go into a little house, and i see the van and i say to E99, "Hey cover me im goin to that van!", so he shoots a few and i make a mad dash to the van and make it somehow, pop-up shoot a few, get back down. this happens a coupla times before a guy with what i think to a Spyder Victor comes to the van with me, and we are both popin up and shooting and then WAM, i feel a sharp pain in my neck, reach back and feel behind. bring back an odd color of kinda slick stuff. Its pink, o crap im out already. Thats it and i was out, and bam welcome to paintball.

I was using the rental gun, procarbine :( . That alone is not good news,lol. Anyways, the field wasnt to great. It is my least favorite at the place but they have a lot of great ones. Anyways, so the ref starts countin down. I was like ok Im ready. So he yells go and everyone starts firing. That is the reason I said the field wasnt to good. You could easily hit someone from the other team right of the break. So when I heard all these paintballs coming towards me I just ran and made it to a nearby house (the field was called village). Like 6 othes followed me which was way to many to have behind this house. So most of us just stood there while only 2 were able to shoot around both sides. I never got out but I didnt get anyone either. Our team won :D .

first game my cousin gogged me.

second game i slipped in the gravel & busted my left knee open (had a kneepad but it had slipped down somehow).

third game was 1 on 1 with cousin. got me on the shoulder & realized hits don't hurt that much.

MY brother and I both had talons. We didn't know the distance of the paintgun so we faced off on this flat field more than 3 football fields apart. Found out that the shots weren't as powerful as we thought. As we closed in we started running and dodging the paint we lobbed at each other until I got hit in the head almost in between the eyes (stupid brass eagle masks. It made my ears ring. Wasn't really any fields to go to back then. There was only outlaw fields around the area.

My first time sucked. I was using an Eradicator, should be nuff said right, NOPE. It was nightime when we got around to playing 2 on 2. To make the long story short I got shot in the nuts :eek3: :cry::censored:(< in that order). No one believed me cause the ball bounced. Later i found out me and my partners markers where jammed, and when we squeegied them 3 or 4 paintballs came rolling out the barrel.

We were all newbs once...........

wow, I actually have a response to this. It was my first time every playing after much convincing from my cousins that paintball is fun, this was like 5 years ago, and I was pretty young, and I am man enough to admit I couldn't take any pain. Well I was the last one left in capture the flag w/ my nice rental gun of god knows what brand, and versuses maybe 3 guys w/ angels. Low and behold I have the flag, and Im sorta bunkered behind this stack of tires (it was a tire course at Fire Mountain in NJ) and I finally get the balls to make some sort of move, and boom, someone got behind me, put the barrel maybe a quater inch from my head, or so Im told, and just unloaded on my bare head. It was really pretty, supposedly I blacked out, but I don't remember any of this, but I do remember when they chronoed his gun once they yelled at him, and took his gun (it was a surrender w/i 5 feet course) he was shooting REALLY hot, I don't remember the number, but I do remember how my head was essentially a stream of blood. I was terrified of paintball for like 2 years after that until if finally sucked it back up, and learned to deal w/ some pain, and to realize that the chances of that happening again are little to none.

It was behind a school, I got 2 ppl, right by eachother to surrender with a talon. Funny thing is, I was holding it like a pistol, if I had shot the other person could of shot me easily b/c my hand wasn't on the pump, hehe, I was also hot as heck b/c I was wearing a long sleeve tshirt, sweatshirt, and a windbreaker...

My first game i was 19 and we where using nelspot bolt action pistols with ten round tubes and co2 cartridges.
My first game i rolled around in the grass side to side first one way then the other. While a member of the north texas champions paintball team did the same. It was like a lay on the ground slow motion matrix duel, we kept popping each other in the shoulder arms and hands and stuff. Finally he got me in the kill zone between my shirt seems [torso area].
And i remember thinking WOW !!! THAT ROCKED! what a game! I was instantly hooked.
Next game i ended up lost and confused in enemy base while dudes where hollering' freind or foe!' And then it changed to SURRENDER OR DIE ! And next thing i remember is lifting my gun aiming and feeling thump thump whack thumpity whack! As about four of them started unloading on me.
it was great. I have been chronically addicted since, and that was like 20 years ago.

I went out and bought an IR3, a HALO B, ANd a 68/4000 and like owned like 50+ people all by myself.

like i said the in another post i told about my first game... the first game i ever played was a 2 vs 2 game and i told my teammate (jason) to go around so we could get them in a pinsir. Well i went to the edge of the forest and walked along the outside of the edge of trees and about 100 feet up i seen em... so i started stalking them. I stayed with em until they got to the trail and jake (one of my friends and the second one is pat) went up and i hid behind the tree. Pat followed jake until they got behind a log.... i snuck up on them and shot pat in the ***** three times and he fell down and said he was out. Jake turned around and shot me in the finger (which drew blood... with blue streak paintball goop in the cut... it was really weird) and i shot him in the stomach and then he got me in the goggles so i was out... it was a great game and i had fun.

the first time I ever WENT paintballing, I ran around takin pics, and they didn't turn out, later in the day, my brother let me borrow his stingray, and it was sooooo much fun! even though I sucked way bad... So I got me a stingray, and had a blast. Then I discovered speedball, and now I'm having even more fun! :D

The first round I ever played, I got hit in the goggles and I drank all the paint. I also cut my lip because of the paint shells.

It was a 2v2 with me and my friends. I had a Tippmann 98c (ugh) and I told my friend to go the other way around so we could get around them. I snuck around and found my other 2 friends (who we were against) and followed them for awhile until they stopped. They hid behind this bunker type tree that was laying down (kneeling RIGHT next to each other). So I shot my friend in the butt 3 times (this is the kid who got me into paintball and he thinks hes 1337:eek: :laugh: ) and i shot my other friend in the stomach and he got me in the finger (which left a scar cuz it was cold) and in the goggles. There's nothing funnier then watching your friend wiggle around on the ground because he can't sit on his butt. It was cold that day and we had blue streak (dont flame me :( ), and the blue gelled over the cut so my finger was red, white, and blue. :laugh:

I was in a corn field with a pmi Trracer in the dead of winter at around 12:00 am and we were playing capture the flag with a road flare, my friend (who captured it) got sever burns. ( glug glug :dodgy: )
