Um, I have a Empire Reloader and it works fine with my Halo B No Rise...

Revvy - Is not force fed and relys on gravity + agitation to feed paintballs. Since it does not feed that fast, it needs a taller feedneck so that it has a taller stack of paintballs.

Evo2 - Is part force fed because it pushes paint into the feedneck but relys on gravity the rest of the way. Since it is only part force fed it needs a little bit of paint in the feedneck to feed and work properly.

Halo - Since this is a true force fed hopper it would feed faster if it did not have that extra room for the paintball to travel. Picture a hopper forcing a paintball into the breech on a High Rise. Then picture a hopper forcing a paintball into the breech on a Low/No Rise. With the Low/No Rise it takes less time for the paintball to be fed into the breech resulting in faster feeding rates.

It's kinda hard to actually explain it, so I hope you at least partially know why now.

Yes, but that is because you have Vision. If you didn't have Vision and you shot fast, then you would be complaining.

I have the No Rise with my Reloader, though. However, I do notice that after 3 shots it skips one or two (vision), as the hopper is not force fed. Good point, nos.

Exactly, and that is because you are shooting faster than your Reloader can feed. Get yourself a Halo/Evo2 and you won't notice any problems.
