I ended up going with the palmer stabiliser. I Found it to be a very stable, reliable, and most importantly lightweight reg.

Now they do cost a bit more, but its worth every penny. I had the vig on the marker before. It worked but you MUST put the Low presure spring in! NO MATTER WHAT! the marker will fail if you do not do this. Period end of matter, do not care what others tell you, do not pass go, do not colect $200 bucks. Without the low presure spring, you will blow your internals out.

Stay away from the ANS. While this is a great reg for the cocker, on most electrics I have found it lacking in ajustablity and reliablity.

neither! the ans reg is way overpriced for a reg with not so great flow rates. for how much a gen-x will cost you could get a sidewinder, stabalizer or gladiator, depending on how much money you want to spend, get one of those. if you have enough get the sidewinder, if you dont want to spend to much get the gladiator (about $75). i use a gladiator and i love it, very consistent and fast.

yea, the gladiator is for people who can't afford a palmer stabiliser :wink2:

Seriously, the glad is a good reg. It flows well, and is stable as they get. Again it comes down to preference. You wont ever catch my markers without palmer gear on them. I get great service, and normaly if you have a problem, a phone call will get you instant service and support.

The palmers work very well. I have one on my cocker and it is awsome. They are worth the money. Get a Stabelizer
