The velocity on my TES will not go higher than 260FPS @ 500 psi. Could a new spring(my TES had been cocked for some time) or adjusting my dwell settings(currently set to 0ms) help? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Put in a stronger main spring or increase the tension of your current one.

How do I increase the tension of the current one?

Turn the knob or allen key at the back of the gun to increase spring tension. If you've already done that all the way, then put in a stronger spring from a spring kit (~$10).

Only way to get more velocity from a TES is to get a new spring. There is not a mechanism at the back af a TES to turn up the velocity you have to use the reg to turn up the velocity. I got a new spring and my TES averaged out at 298 fpswithout changing anything but the spring. the only way to increase the tension of the current spring is to stretch it out but be care if you stretch it too much it won't recock.
