This happens with everyone's Bushy or BKO. Use blue loctite. It is not permanent, you can break it if you want to adjust your trigger later.
Just make sure none drips through onto the microswitch or the spring. (in other words, only use a LITTLE BIT!)

a little piece of teflon tape will do just fine also if u dont have loctite like me :)

nope u just apply a tiny amount on the trigger and screw it into the trigger...then adjust it to ur preference and let it sit over night

Thats the tricky part. Get the screw set exactly where you like it. Then unscrew it until about half the screw is exposed, making sure to count how many turns it takes to unscrew it that far. Then put a tiny drop of loctite on the exposed threads on the screw and screw it back in using the same amount of turns that you counted previously (when you unscrewed it). Do this with each screw.

Why not just put some loctite on the screw then adjust the trigger to were you want it like suggested before?
That's what I did, no problems...

well yeah, you could do that :D .
But it might be easier to use my overly complex method if he already has his trigger screws set exactly the way he wants them, and doesn't want to move and loctite them cuz he doesn't want to mess up his perfect trigger pull. This way he can keep track of where he likes the screws to be, and doesn't have to readjust his trigger after applying the loctite.

I believe most hard-ware stories carry it.

There is not need to o it that way unless its going to take a LONG time for you to adjust your screws, loctite takes a bit to dry so you will have enough time to adjust to your preferences, and for where to buy it most hardware stores and places like that carry it.

Yes, go with the blue one, not the RED one !
Both can be removed but the red one takes more effort to break (u have to heat it or some sort).
Happened to me before too. The trigger screws were too loose and it was hitting the MS all the time (LED is off), thinking that i might've blown the LED or have a defective wiring or sumthin. I took the trigger frame apart, re-solder the LED wires, until i found out that it's the trigger screws
