Is claiming someone elses feedback as your own enough for a ban?

If so for the love of god would someone ban all these Spyder Fakes. They directly link to his feedback when they claim it as there own. obviously there jokeing but that aint right :(

Most of the spydey clones i don't think would be trying to use spydeys feedback to scam people, if they are im sure banning would insue.
As long as they include a link to their actual feedback while trading there shouldnt be a problem.

Thunder: Not takeing it really all that serious. Its just annoying as death to see 8 differnt users with the same Avatar which is normally what can be easy used to say "hey thats XXXX"
