Can't Post

Hey, in the off topic forum, I tryin' to post, but it says that I can't post more than 10 times in a 24 hour period. Now, The last time I posted was probably around midnight yesterday, and before that it was the day before, so I know I'm not over my ppd limit. What is happening? Thanks.
