Sig Lengths

Recently I've been noticing, that sigs are getting outta control.

Is there anyway Andrew that you can somehow make it so that you only get X amount of lines to type on, or X amount of characters to use?

Just drop them a nice polite PM. It usually works. Most of the time they dont know there is a limit.

The official rule is your sig can't be larger then the area taken in 15 lines of normal sized text.

So technically Chibs, your's is too long... ;)

If you have a long sig and want to keep it all, switch to size 1 text.

Mine use to be like 30lines or something, then one of the mods PMed me. I think there should be a limit of 8 lines, if there ever was to be a limit

There is a limit. My sigs are normally a model of excellence.

yeah I don't care if they're even like 20 lines, it's just the ones where they are like 35, or the ones pushing 50.

yea a sig length limiter would be awesom, i have a problem with my sig gettin too long.

but the only way to measure sigs would be the amount of characters...and what if people wanted to make colorful sigs? those tags would count as characters

I know that, I mean complaining about a sig that is 30 lines long is one thing, but complaining about one that is 16 or 17 is an entirely different matter. They are just being picky. 1 or two lines over the limits is being too picky.
