That's not so easy for some people. My dad works for Exxon, so that's totally out of the picture.

Play bigger tournaments.
Send in hard copy sponsorship requests, companies take those more seriously then some copy and pasted emails.

Give them solid evidence that you are a good team, show them that you can be a valuable advertisement for their company, and that they will benefit from sponsoring you. Be very professional, and maybe even hand write a letter to the company and get everyone to sign it. If they want to talk in person, dress nicely, and have very good manners. Act like they're your girlfriend's parents, and make the best impression possible.

like everyone said, do better. If you start placing in the top 3 consistently then you will get noticed. Something that will really help is entering big tournaments and placing decently. Just keep practicing and getting better.

Here's the thing. Don't put a 'sponsorship' section on your website until you are sponsored. Having an empty sponsorship section makes you look like losers. Make your site look professional. Go for a more simple layout. People aren't going to sponsor you because you have all fancy colors on your website.

Ok first off how many miles have u traveled in all to get to tournys and practices...how much money do you spend in a year on pb....how long have you played....how long have you guys been together....do you play every weekend? What im trying to get at is that if your trying to get a sponsor that will rid you of work so you can play tournys your wrong. You will always put more money into pb than you will ever get out. So if your trying to do what I did about 2 years ago and get out of work from sponsor money its not going to work. I myself am sponsored by kickn and I worked 3 long years to get a deal like this. So it takes time just start out with little tournys and work your way up. Someone will finally notice you...trust me
