I'm not a real big expert...but I have read that if you lube the bolt up too much then it can leak...someone can correct me on that but maybe thats what it is....

you might want to wipe off the grease on your orings and check them thoroughly. There may be a one pesky ring that has some sort of imperfection on it(maybe a den't or scratch). those can create slight leaks. just a suggestion. i would probley check your bolt first. i remeber i put my hammer assembly in once and apperently i had rubbed an oring to hard against the threads and roughed up a ring.

i pm'd him. i suggest taking out the valve, lubing the o-rings and popping it back in. do this, master_chadwick did a good job, for once ;)
If you just want to clean the valve:
1. disconnect air sorce and remove paintballs
2. remove bolt pin, bolt, and take out your hammer assembly
3. Unscrew your front cap and remove your valve spring
4. take a straight shot squeege and put it through the back of the gun where the Hammer assembly was to the valve this should push out the delrin valve (it will be a little peice of delrin with an o-ring on it)
5. take the delrin valve and wipe it off with a towel and regrease the o-ring. then simply reassemble
as for taking the whole valve out (incase you get a rip valve) instructions are here
EDIT- the instuctions i gave were for the stock valve and since this thread is named "NDZ impy maintenance" or something to that effect, i assume you would have a RIP valve, BTW they are maintenance free, but for whatever reason you may need to take it out the instructions to do so are in the link i've provided

could be what you said, but if it is leaking out the barrel, it is almost always going to be valve related... almost always are the key words though, so you could be right...

just remember to put a lot of grease on the rip valve's o-rings (they're on the outside) and then install the valve from the back of the gun. yeh, we do work well together don't we master? :P
