Stick with the PMI. Theres not a large difference but the PMI have a slightly faster recharge rate. They also have a fairly good tank size for the capacity

The PMI Pure Energy tank reg has very good consistancy, and has a very fast recharge rate. I would go with the PMI.

My Crossfire 68/3000 stub is great on my Shocker and Automag.
It was a deal at $130.
