Put the money towards a good nitro tank.

$60 is enough for a good reg. Either that, or put it towards an HPA tank. If you want a reg, read this thread: http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=242790 It pretty much is your situation. For tanks, look into Crossfire and Centerflag tanks.

i have to agree...a good nitro tank will be better in the long run than a reg, but if u cant afford one no matter what, get an ergo/BM, an AA vigilante, or something to that effect for a reg.
BL torps are great regs, but their low maximum output isnt exactly the best for spyders. unless ur willing to do some mods to get ur gun working at the 600psi or so cap, get one of the other ones i listed, or buy a used stock cocker reg. those arent bad either.

Nitro tank. A good mask. A small drop. Metal vertical feed neck. New bolt. Any will be good.

an upgrade bolt on a spyder is useless. waste of money.
just do a basic polishing job, and ur set.

Meh. You could do a half and half....
Spend ~$30 ish on a used ergo or BM, and use the other $30 to start your HPA fund.
