Yes, the Cyborg will function properly using any HPA tank whether its high pressure or low pressure.

Stock, the Cyborg comes setup with the '04 Gladiator regulator, if you do not wish to swap this out, then use a high pressure tank or a low pressure tank w/ an output of at least 400psi.

If you have a low-pressure tank with an output of 200-300 psi you could choose to use a gas-thru foregrip on the gun rather than the Gladiator.

And yea, as long as you have a good HPA tank, the Cyborg can use it.
