The used minimag I bought has a powertube spring in it instead of a spacer. I was woundering what the difference was and if it was something that I should consider upgrading or even notice a difference if I did upgrade. I was also considering upgrading the bolt. Its an extremely old venturi style bolt that came new with the gun(serial #is in the mm3000's) and I'm fairly sure there must be better bolts out there by now. Its an old foamy and I had the only foam piece that came with it fall off the other day while playing and none of the proshops around here carry them anymore. And since thats not enough info to ask for I was also wondering which one of the cheaper non electro trigger frames people might recommend. The one that came with the marker has seen quite some use and I was possibly going to replace it for cosmetic reasons, but don't want to drop too much cash on one if possible.

Spring vs Spacer: The only problems with the spring could be that it can wear down. A AGD spacer kit includes all the ones you might need for about $15. Start with the .220 one.

Bolt: If it works, I'd say keep it. The same goes for the power tube spring.

Cheap frame: Simple, get the AGD one. Simple, light, and about industructable.
