k, one time i think it was bad paint, but could premium(RPS) be a bad paint to barrel match????(last time it chopped i was using it)
Theres a difference between chop and break. Break is a ball bursting in the barrel, and chopping is the bolt causing it. Which one is it?

Does the bolt have o-rings? If not it could be blowback overpowering the egg
EDIT: Ignore this part of the post

wow, why do you have an impulse and egg if you dont know the simplest things? YOU CANT! Breaks happen in all guns, deal with it.

Yeah, if you have an egg with a low rise you'll chop. My impulse had the same setup and did the same thing. Get a z-board or vision.

Because Eggs are not completely force fed, they will chop with a low or no rise. If you have an egg, switch to your stock feedneck, and you'll see your chops go down in numbers. Either that or buy a Halo, because no rises were designed with force feed design in mind.
