go to www.actionvillage.com and look in the "gun parts/accesories" area. They have a parts kit for the 98 custom. Its awesome. Its got all the screws, springs, front bolt, and a ball detent. I got mine in like 3 days.

good paint to barrel match or if its anything like the ones on Piranhas that are made out of rubber. just go get some silicone and squeeze it out and let it harden and then shape it into that shape of a ball detent.


It happend to me once aswell and then i realized I had my friends gun at my house so I stole his detent

Luckily I have a pro shop about 20 or so miles from my house but my mom will probably throw a **** fit about driving me there. And I cant make a Ball Detent that way I'm not good at things!!!

Damn you guys are lucky, my only field is open on Saturdays from 7:00 P.M.- 11:00 P.M. because of the heat problems. It's like 113 right now because of humidity and Phoenix heat.

Either go to a pro-shop or the field you play at might sell spare-parts. The ball detent isn't really something you can "jimmy-fix" with a q-tip and some electrical tape. Sorry buddy..

Meh, it's cool at night, but you lose 2 hours compared to the 6 hours they play normally. Plus, they only have lights on the big fields, not regulation fields. And speedball is only open on Sundays starting in Fall. It's the cheapest field I know of and even though it's 30 miles away, it's still the cheapest and about as close as any other fields.

What days are your fields open? It'd be nice to have a field that's open at least 4 days a week. Especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday since at least one of those days I can play.

that kinda sucks about the 2 hours only thing. i have to feilds a woodsball one and an indoor sup'airball one. the airball one is open from 3-10 on monday-thursday, and 9-10 on weekends

You seem to have misunderstood me, I originally said my field is open only on Saturdays from 7:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M., normally it's open for 6 hours. Instead, it's open for 4 in the summer. So you lose 2 hours.

Your field has quite a bit more days but I think it's crazy not to have your field open on Friday. I would close it Monday and Tuesday but have it open on Friday. I'm sure you would get quite a bit more money on that day.
