I was at my local field the other day, and was firing a few Cockers, I have to say I'm in love   So I've decided to go Autococker instead of the Impulse. I hope I'm making the right choice.

Who knows, maybe I'll pick up an Impulse later on. Well, it was nice meeting you guys. I'm gonna pack my bags and move to the Cocker forum. See ya!
:D :P

Later ss, I gotta feelin You will be back! cocker are great! When they work  But when they don't you'll wish you had gotten your Imp. The ROF on my Imp beats all the cockers around my home town, and they'll all tell ya the same thing. So enjoy the trip to your local airsmith every other weekend!

KK is right, just make sure it gets tuned by a specialist ( NOT you unless you are an expert, or have the expert check it after you do it) my cocker worked OK most of hte time, but, when I had a expert tune it, it was SO nice i almost didnt trade it for my impy, and youll have to get used ot teh trigger when switching i found out

Believe me KK, I know what I'm getting into with the cocker. I don't want to tinker with it, for a while the only upgrade I'll be getting is a new 45 frame. And even that I'll have done by my field. I don't plan to be upgrading at all until I can say I understand every part of it.
And I WILL be back, you can count on that. I want both the Impulse and cocker. And in the not so distant future, I will have both. I've just decided to go with a cocker first.

I figured I would post this here instead of making a new thread. I just got a Black Magic Cocker, so I'm selling my Impulse to help pay for it. I decided I really liked Black Magics:cool:. I wish I could have both guns:(, but I can't.

If you are getting a .45 frame, i very much recomend you consider the rocker style frame. (hinged trigger) the best of these is the one made by Eclipse (IMHO).

The only real change you make is to switch the outside hoses around. (the 3 way works backwards on the hindge frame)

I know the hinge frame would be the best, but I love sliding triggers. The only reason I'm getting a new frame because the stock one is plastic and for cosmetic reasons.

I'm pretty sure the 2002 come with .45 stlye grip frames. It's not that plastic stuff. :|

It's polycarbonate, so it's kind of like plastic but stronger. It is a .45 frame though.
