Anyone else hear about this?

Someone copyrighted the name "Hyperball", therefore you must pay him royalties to use it. For the last half of the tourney season at my field, we had to referr the black tube courses as "Piperball". Crazy stuff.

hyperball is copyrighted.. wow.. that's totally ***.. is it at least copyrighted for something paintball related 'cause if it's not wanna go and kick that guy in the balls

national paintball supply owns the rights to the term Hyperball we use hyperpipe around here
