STP Shots per Tank Study

Alright yall it may be a stretch to really call this a study but its a bit of research. If you know post how many shots you get for your tank. List all the tanks you got. It doesnt matter if its co2 nitro or compressed air. So go ahead and list your SPT and once pretty much all who are going to post have, ill do all the mave and averaging etc. Hope this works.

I got a 20oz. CO2 and I probably get about 1000-1200 shots.

I guess this really depends on if you get a good fill in your tank or not, and what your velocity is set at. I use a PMI 20oz tank, with my spyder TL+. I can get at LEAST 1000 shots.

to get a good fill you should make sure your tank is cold when you have Co2 put into the tank. I put it in the frige for a few minutes then I fill my Co2.

I nkow there are alot of circumstances as to how many shots you get. Thats why iwant lots of input so we can maybe get an average. Lets see some nitro averages!

watch out, anti siphon tanks are less effiecient! but i get 1200 ish out my 20 oz reg tank

Start with frech co2/nitro and remember how many hoppers youve shot for a rough count. Im writing these down so if the post dies thats ok. Ill repost again later, thanx yall

i have a 20oz but they fill it at 17 oz for long term storage.My SE is a gas hog 500 shot for 17 oz. I play in 40* weather.

I use a 68 ci/4500psi tank on my low pressured timi.
I get about 850 to 900 strong shots from one tank :D

kool kool, man skippy, maybe you should check your valve or something. Maybe you have a leak. 500 shots is pretty low for 17oz

i had problem w/ my valve but i fixed it. I don't hear it leak but i agree 500 shots is really low for 17 oz but i dont know if the fact that i play in 40* weather has something to do with it.

I use a 12 oz tank with my pro/carbine and get a good 600-700 shots out of it. 9 oz, about 450-500

I get around 700 on my 14oz on my Impluse maybe alittle more or less,My mag gets about the same

i've heard that 15 and 16oz will get you 750, and it seems about right, i'll get back to you w/ a solid number after i kill this tank.

I have a 12 oz Co2 tank And I get 600-800 shot average! (on hot day i get up to 900 shot) [with a spyder compact 2k]

I also have a 9oz. CO2 - I can probably squeeze 500 shots out of that on a good day.

i get about 400 shots from a 47/68????? ci tank. Im running at about 800psi so i think that doesnt help either.

BTW what is the ci on a air america melee steel? im guessing 47 because i only get 400 shots, give or take 100.

it depends on my gun i can get like 1200-1300 on my procarbine with a 20 oz. with my shocker it is only like 800-1000.
