your manual is wrong:D I would recommend setting the pressure around 225-250psi and using the lpr to adjust the velocity. use small turns when adjusting the lpr

Well first of all, the correct pressure for your inline should be around 250psi or 275psi. Definately no higher than 300psi. If you ever have to turn your inline up over 300psi to get decent velocity, then there is something wrong with either the inline or the gun. Once the inline is at 275psi, set the LPR up correctly. If resetting your regs doesn't fix it, do the following:
First, take the Torp off the gun and replace it with your stock inline. This will act as a control test. If the stock inline fixes the problem, then you know the problem is with the Torp. You need to take it apart and oil it. If the gun still doesnt work even with the stock inline, then you know the problem is the gun itself. With that in mind:
Check the battery.
Check the valve. If it is crooked then you will get very low velocity. Make sure it is straight. Do this by either taking apart your gun, or for a faster method take off the feedneck and bolt and try to look down into the chamber of the gun. There is a round hole directly behind the chamber, that hole leads down to the valve. If that hole is partially blocked, then the valve is crooked. Use a flashlight to see better, and stick something down there like a small, skinny allen wrench to make sure it is straight.
Finally, check the solenoid. Make sure the gasket is intact and lubed. Make sure the screws that hold the noid to the manifold are tight.

Before you take apart the solenoid... I have one question.
What is your fps? So far, you've mentioned that you've adjusted your fps but will go only 75feet.
With that info, there's a couple of possibilities:
1. Your fps is like 100fps... way low.
2. Your fps is good (>250fps), but your paintball has a top spin causing the paintballs to dip.

You cannot rebuild a solenoid, there are too many pieces and you cannot put it back together correctly. The only way to fix a BKO solenoid is to get a new one.
