Can't put gun and tray together..

I've been playing with this thing for over 2 hours and I can't get it to fit...

Basicaly when I Try to put the gun together (which is a b2k3 w/ PDS) the solenoid presses down o nthe wires and so the body of the gun won't go flush with the tray! That is, the wires won't get out of the way...they also push on the top part of the trigger and stop it from being able to be moved..

Any ideas?

Man I'm dumb, but it just occured to me to see how deep the solenoid is trying to go into the tray by comparing it on the side and....the solenoid is deeper then bottom the the tray. Since I haven't put this thing together for a REALLY long time I'm guessing I'm missing a small 'extension' of the tray, or something? I looked on the picture on the box and I'm not missing any pieces, though.. ? Help :(

Turns out on the old pictures I have there isn't a tray...sigh.

tape the wiring to the side of your tray and towards the front of it

I had the same problem not too long ago and thats what I did!

Its not that, its that the wires are really thick/bunched at the part it connects the board to the harness..><

Just tape them to the side, then see if it will seat properly. If you got them out, then they must fit back in.
