i have (the one) and i am wondering what is dwell and how does it operate.

Dwell is the amount of time the noid is open. raising the dwell increases your FPS. hope that helps a lil

But makes the gun louder. Also dwell can be used to adjust for what kind of paint you use. (Brittle or not)

Dwell is the amount of time the noid is open.It's actually the amount of time the main valve is open. Dwell also exists on mechnical markers, such as Cockers. If you increase the main spring tension on a mechanical marker, you are increasing the dwell.
