well first do alot of research, what type of player are you?,your
budget?,do the fields you play at have compressed air? etc.
you need to figure out what is best for your needs.

both guns are great and the pro's and con's are minimal

the impulse benifit is strait up that you can use co2 and it will function great,so you save $$

but that its specifically threaded for impulse barrels so it limits your barrel options

the newset gen of bushmaster is great out of the box aswell
and it can be orderd with cocker threading wich makes it super easy to get barrels, before i settled on barrel purchases i just
borrowed alot of different ones from my friends

but it runs on HP only so that can be a disadvantage for a rec player

They are both good guns but i think the Bushy is better. The Bushy looks better IMO, it has an adjustable trigger, shoots better, and dosn't need as much maintanence as the Impy. I think you will be happy with either one but the Bushy is a better deal IMO (in my opinion).

yah! another one of these never ending debates. some people like bushies, some like imps. me, i am a bushy follower, look better, adjustable stock trigger, delrin bolt, more comfortable for me, and they have been around longer so they have more upgrades and support. the only reason i would go imp is if i had to use co2, but i dont, so its bushy for me :)
