does ne 1 out there have connections with dragun or do they live near the ogi building in alabama because they dont answer there phones, emails or voicemails and they have had my gun for a month now without a word on expected return date. the only notice that i have gotten is that they recieved the damn thing

when tournamnets come around all the empire guys go to the tournamnet. why i dont know. i shipped my dragunfly back to them a sceond time and its been about 2 weeks now and they have not sent it back to me yet. i have called all the links on the number today and no one was there.

they are a ok company but since i dont have any money to buy a smart parts gun and they should put about 2 more hours in the guns like timing it and having the lpr set right and have the book right too. then they would be good. just think they might have just lost a ****** gun design too.

My marker is there also right now.. It's been 3 weeks now.. I can't get ahold of anyone there... I've never got to use my marker yet.. I got it in the mail and it was broken,, so i sent it off to get fixed..

man i wrong since empire and the odyessy people team up i was thinking they make some good marker. i think since they team up so fast they need to get money fast before they go bankrupt. Alls i know i will never buy a empire gun again. hopper yes guns no.

between now and thursday of last week i have tryed calling dragun 3 times and u know what it might be me, it might be my phone bill but they both say that I HAVE DIALED 3 DIFFERENT NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i got thm all from ogi.tv they keep changing the site to say different numbers. and they dont answer my calls or messages

hmmmm.....damn my gun is working too well and I wanted to send it back to Dragun to get it fix....so I guess it's better to bring it to a local shop to try to get it fixed somehow?

I'm so damn pissed off. I bought a Dragun T1 3 months ago from Dragun's west coast dealer Matt Blackwell and I still do not have it!!! I am now dealing with OGI/Dragun's new West coast dealer Damian. When I purchased the gun I was told I would have to wait a week for them to have the blue/black available. To me that wasn't a problem however after 2 months I still didn't have my gun. I was then told that they no longer make the blue/black T1 so I said ok I'll take the either of the other two colors. And now I am being told they no longer make the T1. WTF?!?! They haven't returned my phone messages or my emails for the past month and I call almost every day. Someone please help me out. Can someone tell me how to get ahold of them and is it true they are discontinuing the T1?

dude trying to get ahold of ogi/dragun is like talkin to a brick. the only way i found to get through to them was through my local shop who talked to them and sent my gun in at no cost.

He told me they had phone issues last week...anyways he helped alot on the questions I had for my dragunfly LED.

Now e-mailing is another issue.

I got throu to dragun and asked then when my marker will be done,, the guy siad it's on the table now and will be shipped out in the after noon... I can't wait to get it.. I never got to use it yet

i got my dragunfly back today and bierly18t they said the samething to me but my gun dont come back for like a week or so. When i called them up there one time they said they are all at tournamnet but a toureny dont last 4 weeks and not all the people have to go to the toureny. Empire needs to get it together or something.

i read the split thread and man they should had all this stuff planned out before they join together. they are pissed at each other about something that no one or not to many people know about.

i got my gun back todays ago and i asked them to time it but its not time right. so now i have to do that.

i finally got my gun back today and i got it set up and ready to go test it and you know what i find the basturds at dragun stole my battery! i had to go out and buy a new battery b4 i could test it.no money today so ill test tommorow

I say if u dont know wuts even wrong with your gun you shouldn't be paintballing no offence, but If any of my guns break I fix it myself or I take it to the nearest shop to ask advise or something. You shouldnt rely on the companie just to take a part off the shelf and fix it for you.

y post sumthing like that? u make urself look stupid. :confused: i read ur profile and it says u have a pirana sts. now if the guy i talked to is right then that is not electronic. if it is then i apologise for what im gonna say but FIXING A NON-ELECTRONIC GUN IS A LOT EASIER THEN AN ELECTRONIC GUN. :pissed::pissed::pissed: i know cause i used to fix ne problems with my 98 custom. as for the specific problem with my gun in this thread, true it has nothing to do with the electronics but i dont know nething about fixing regulators and no shop around where i live supported dragun so i HAD to send it to them. plus as ne1with a dragun the manual SUCKS!!!!

now, for the dragun owners reading this thread i got the battery today and went to shoot the gun and it wouldnt shoot with the eye on. im using light blue paintballs with a clear shell. i called dragun and they actually picked up the first time i called them, amazing. the guy i spoke to said right off the bat that the eye has problems with clear shells. also i never methion the clear shell he asked me if had one. i dont fell like going out again today so we have to wait to see about getting different paint
