fill stations

i have a fill station and i have a 50 lb bulk tank... it isn't a siphon tank so i was told that you can just turn it upside down and that would work fine, well i did that and i bought a scale, and the tank fills for a little bit, but it gets to a point where it just stops filling, like there isn't enough pressure, what am i doing wrong, it won't fill it all the way up, any suggestions?

are you "chilling" the tank before you fill?

like monkey said you got too chill the tank ,in the field you put in a few OZ's and then discharge it back out too chill it.Or you can stick the bottle in ice for a few mins too do that also.If your at home throw the sucker in the freezer for a bit and fill it also
