!!Question for Upgrading!!

Im thinking of getting the following items for my M 98 Custom

-Responce Trigger
-Flatline
-12 Volt Rev hopper
-E chamber
-Stock and scope
-Double Trigger

Will I get problems with this? I heard that if I start shootin 3 or more shots per second, the flatline will break balls.

Can you give me a clear answer, and tell me what you think about my upgrading choice.
