Best barrel for range and accuracy

Ok,
all i want to know is.....
1) your opinion on the best barrel for range and accuracy
2) barrels bore size (if possible)
3) price is not a factor, same with every thing else(loudness,looks)
4) any thing else u want to add

Steps to have the most accurate barrel.
1: Throw away stock
2: Buy any aftermarket barrel (maybe not eagleworks)
3: Buy paint that matches your barrel's bore size
4: Shoot!

All barrels have almost the same accuracy range. But the flatline is falt out the best for range.... but not accuracy. My vote goes to lapco though.
