We can't import semi-auto markers here in Australia... sucks hey.. But paintballs are relatively harmless compared to a real gun ..right?... But is there any way of preventing something other than a paintball being fired from a paintball gun??? If there is could someone let me know....

you can shoot marbles and stuff out of them but only sombody that shouldnt have a paintball marker would do that

First, watch out for people trying to do that. There will usually be someone with them when they do stupid stuff, otherwise it wouldn't be "fun" for them. So, try to stop them by words. If all else fails, just pimp slap em in the back of the head and say "Don't do that."

What exactly do you mean legally stop them? I'm sure that the cops are already trying to legally stop them, but there is something called breaking the law, and it happens a lot. As far as legalizing semi-autos, uhhh, sux to be you. Some politicians will always be punks and they will try to ruin the sport for us all.

I guess you can't actually prevent this type of ****head from getting a marker. But maybe you could have only certain types of barrell legal. So then different things couldn't be shot out of them.. Without stuffing the barrell completely. I dont know i am a newbie

you have to have the people you want to pursuade see what the game is all about. show them that having a semi-auto marker isnt going to hurt anybody more then just a regular pump would do. tell them somthing like that have people with semi's will be better for the economy becuase people will have to buy more paint and air:rolleyes: . a guy with a pump marker can shoot marbles like a guy with a semi can. tell them semis dont shoot at a higher fps and that all a semi is is a pump marker that you just dont have to pump after every shot.

One thing that would be cool about not having semi autos, or autos is then everyone would have a fair chance. Having autos and semis kind of makes it unfair for players that are on a budget. (Hey, is there the same law on real guns in Australia) I think it would be kind of good if the US went buy those laws, because then it would help limit the number of wackos that have guns.

Yeah... did you ever hear about the Port Arthur Massacre? Well that was here. After that we had all our semi/full autos taken off us and destroyed. If your lucky you can get (max.) a five shot auto. for farmers only now.. No pump actions... only bolt and lever action is allowed now on any guns.

1. I've never heard of ANY (and I mean any) thing that's australian except the last olympics and kangaroos.

2. Sux to be you, your country must not suck violence wise as much as ours, the US has thousands of shootings and mass murders ever year, yet the only gun laws we get passed are for background checks etc.
