I got my STS!!

Hey, today I got my Piranha STS. I am very happy with it. One thing, the RAM Chamber leaked, and then I shot it 4 times, and it was all set. Is it going to do that again or is it done?

it was just the gun setting itself when fired, it shouldnt happen again, it just did that becsue u gassed it upa and hsot it for th first tme

I am getting the Bigshot soon. By the way, would the DYE Sticky fit on it? My Model 98 grip wouldn't.

The frames are .45 so theyll fit. For my VTL though either my frame was a little odd or the grips were, but i had to drill a hole about 1/25 an inch off the actual hole to make it fit. Its so small its not even notcable though.

Welcome to the club, Mr. Timberlake ... Ram Air Chamber may leak again ... When you clean your gun the first time, there's an o-ring that fits on the lip of the chamber, in front of the threads, I've found that if that ring isn't place on the lip and then screwed in carefully, Gas will blow through the chamber, just takes patience and practice.

A touch of PB-Gun oil on that ring will let you tighten it down with out it coming out of place.

There are few upgrades that you will need. An Expansion chamber is about it... maybe a custom barrel... but the one that comes stock is pretty dang good. The Red Spring... I love the red spring... you'll want to put in the red spring... Try it with the blue... then put in the red.

Good job on the STS. My Ram Air Chamber leaked as well - I called PMI and they sent me out a new o-ring. I couldn't ge the friggin thin in without busting the o-ring. I called PMI back and they sent me out a new Ram Air Chamber. No more problems.

Bah, I played with my friends TL, and I didn't like it that much. I like my STS a lot more.

Ive Seen Timberlakes gun and it shot really well and played wicked good. I would take a guess that all piranha's leak out of the box. Every gun has it's different out of the box things that happen. When My shutter came the drop fprward was just about hanging so I had to screw it in.

Mine never did,but i need a new hammer for my gun now.My sts is a sick pup for the time being till saterday.then it be up again.This gun was put thur hell and I wanted too sell it off once but couldn't do it.
