What Should I Set My T.E.S. Dwell To?

first off let me know if i actually know waht dwell does,

It holds the hammer back an extra ammount of milliseconds so that it shoots farhter and harder correct?

what is the perfect setting so that i can shoto really far and still be able to walk my gun 15+

?

i want to have my gun on auto 20 so what should i set the dwell at?
