Story of my first time

My boyfriend and I went this weekend with a group of people he works with. Boy, did I have a BLAST! You have to understand I've never picked up a gun in my life, ANY gun. There were two other girls there. They kept saying to have mercy on us. I didn't really care. So we started the first round...6 on my team, 5 on the other. Capture the flag or whatever. I guess the guys on the other team were focusing on the guys on MY team, but what they didn't realize is that I was sneaking up on them! lol I moved to a bunker pretty quickly, nailed one dude, then moved up to another bunker, got another guy, then moved into HIS bunker, and ended up killing the last guy on their team! haha 3 of the 5 players! I ROCK! lol I'm not really a girly girl, so this was REALLY fun for me! I did get shot in the mouth though which REALLY friggin hurt. I was hiding in a bunker and was trying to be fair and not shoot blind, so I peeked around the corner and WHAM. It happened so quick I'm not sure if it went through my mask or got under it somehow or what. I had a fat lip yesterday and I have a BLISTER in my mouth where it exploded. OUCH. But my pride and joy is this bruise. Take a look!

I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but it's bigger than a softball and getting bigger by the hour! It's great! lol I just hope people in public don't think I'm being abused or something. Anyway, I impressed myself with how well I did and how much fun I had. I'll be going next month when they plan the next outing!

Good for u...always good to hear theres girls playing...im a guy but down at my field we only got 2 girls who play....and the thing on ur lip isnt from the ball but it most likely broke on ur mask and the shell cut ur lip...happens to many of us(luckily not me).

HOLY GOD! How did it get that big? Someone must have been shooting at like 780 fps! I feel pity on your arm because of that big huge welt! I have never seen anything like that before:eek: .

That's awesome, my girlfriend played a few times and she really liked it also. She wasn't as brave as you, but that's OK, she's a little more of a girly girl. Hopefully you get better, that looks pretty bad. :|

I don't know. I'm pretty sure the kid that hit me there was using a rented gun, and ya know, they're all supposed to be "OK" I know it didn't break, and I think since it's just a sensitive area of the arm. Like has anyone ever pinched you under the arm? It bruises IMMEDIATELY! I think that's why it's so nasty looking lol

OMG i got shot in the bare back and i didnt get a welt that big. That must of hurt alot.

umm yeah that welt is the most insane I've ever seen, truly NOT normal in paintball.

but I'm amazed you got 3 of the five out in one game on your very first outting, the girls I have played with usually just stand there ;)

Well, yeah, like I said, I'm not a girly girl so it was a lot of fun for me!! The other girls playing weren't really girly girls either, but they just kind of stood around for the first round. I got out there and kicked some butt and caught the guys off guard! :)

yeah that welt is huge, maybe it was a combo if a hit and posion ivy or osemthing cause ive never seen a welt that big.

What the HELL is that!!! Never in my entire life of playing paintball have I seen such a huge welt!! Like u said that is probably a sensitive area for you so the hit probably felt worse. Looks more like u got hit by a baseball instead of a paintball.

My first game i had a ball but my first time at a field i was pretty scared cause my team was getting picked off like crazy so i was behind this spool thing and someone came around and shot me 2 times in the lower back and one in the googles. It was like a bloodyish bruise type of thing i had a bruise for like a week but it was definately worth it.

that bruise is crazy. i have gotten hit in plenty of bad places ie, bare skin on the back, like between shoulders, back of the knee, under the arm all bare, and i have never had a bruise like that or seen one. that dudes gun was either really cranked up or that was one hell of a spike, cuz that is not a normal thing.

Nice bruise! The first time my wife played PB she got in the inner thigh. Had a bruise just like that one, but it lasted for like 7 weeks. She would wear pants to cover it up, otherwise she got alot of questions.

woah, ive been shot on the bare neck and the welt wasnt that big, and since alot of ppl think paintball is a "all boys" sport, it always good to see girls playing, i dont know many other girls (other than my girlfriend) who have even held a paintball gun, let alone shoot one.
