Hey what's up? I just got a Stingray2 from my good friend. I'm a newbie to paintball, but I still want the best experience I can get out of owning a Brass Eagle. So, does anyone know any web sites where they give you instructions along with pictures on how to modify it? Any help would be appreciated. POST YOUR MODIFIED STINGER PICS HERE!

other than that hope you have fun with your new gun

thanks knight and drake. i dont think im going to modify it much. ive just spent 40 bucks on a thermal jt spectra proshield mask (awesome price:) ) and im spending 30 bucks on a 2000 case of paintballs. then, im saving for a custom98 and buying a 12-inch dye excel barrel for it. i hope that this stingray serves me well.

Well, most of us cant get one for free, but you sure get them cheep. I got mine for $10 (otherwise I would have not gotten it)! If you know what your doing, making a Stingray electro is a thing you can do. Im not finished with it yet but im working on making one right now. It wis not to hard to do, I have seen people do this with very simple setups at www.stinggroup.addr.com (http://www.stinggroup.addr.com) but mine is going to be a bit better. One simple way to do the electronics is using a Basic Stamp (WARPIG guide to use on in a paintball gun (http://http://www.warpig.com/paintball/technical/electronics/basic_stamp/index.shtml)). I already have a BS2sx from some past projects and all I really need is the solenoid. I have found many you can probably make work on www.newark.com (http://www.newark.com/). Im not sure about what im going to do for checking for balls yet but that will not take to long to figure out. I may get the solenoid in a week or so and then post how to make it soon after that. Im not a BC fan. Never have, never will be. But there guns are dirt cheep used so that is the ONLY reason I would ever buy one.
