Paint-bore problem

I bought a J&J Ceramic barrel and after looking at bore charts I decided to get some RPS All-Star paintballs. The balls were a very tight fit and I could barely push them through with a stick, imposible to blow them through as you should be able to.
My questions are: Does my barrel have a smaller bore size than it should, perhaps? Did I get a bad batch of All-Star paintballs? Are they bigger than the charts show?

I am having trouble picking out which size balls to get, appearently the smaller, the better. Any suggestions?

if you want small, pick up some diablo or draxxus paint.
