i think the ss look sweet but i have a boomer. the ss are considerably heavier but they are both accurate. Get a barell that will help with the balence of your gun

Both are the same bore size. Accuracy is the same. The Boomstick is partially made from aluminum so it's lighter.
The boomstick has more porting that makes the marker quieter but also less gas efficient. Finally, it depends on the length of the barrel you want. The SS comes in 10, 12 and 14 inch. The BS comes in 12, 14, 16 and 18 inch.
Please note that an 18 inch Dye barrel is no more accurate than a 12 inch. It is a little quieter but uses more gas.

I would go with the Stainless cause when a ball breaks in the boomy(not very often) its a pain to clean out cause of the two piece design. The paint stays in the middle if not cleaned good enough.

Both are great - but one is shiney and heavy.
So just ask yourself what you want your marker to look like and feel like.

I changed my mind. I just bought a 12" dye boomstick for my cocker. I tell you what it is like when I get it.
