The worst light-up I ever had was on my third game. It was a very small field and I got to start were I was already surrounded from 3 sides. The first thing that I remeber was trying to take a step but already feeling paintballs smack me before my foot was on the ground. I yell hit, while still getting constantly, so I decide to crawl in a tunnel that is under one of the two castles. I crawl out the other side to be lit up in the back probably 7 times from 8 feet away. After that ******* stops firing, I suddenly see nothing but yellow and loud SMACKs on my goggles. The first shot that hit me in the goggles cracked the lens, the second that hit me there shattered it in front of my eye, and the third one made it to my face before it broke, on my eye. The ref escorts me off the field, and I guess I was quite a site. The one that broke on my eye was slowed down considerably by the smaller-than-a-paintball hole in my goggles but it still hit hard. I had paint shell shards in my eye, whch took about 15 minutes to wash out, paint in my nose, mouth, and both eyes. Let me tell you that stuff STINGS!!! The ref proceds to throw out the guy who shot through my mask (he had a mag and it was shootin somewhere around 430, and he was about 20 feet from me when he shot). I think I ended up having a good 25 hits on me that game. The field gave me a free season pass and three free cases of paint, so it could have been worse. I had a black eye for a LONG time afterwards but was ok and still payed a few more games that day.

I was playing 1 v. 1 againts this guy. and there was 1 bunker between both of our bunkers, and since I was in a terrible place I decided to try to get to it.

Well when shooting at lot's of people they duck, (wonder why) well this guy just sits there and shoots back so from stepping out from that bunker all the way to the other bunker I get shot. had 5 breaks (1 in the balls) and then just feel down when that happened. had lots of bounces too. It really sucked.

daaamn dude, thats crazy. I would be havein some stern words with a dude if he did that crap too me... Last place i was at some stuff like that started a 3 person fight,

but atleast u got free piant/play heh, they were prolly scared u were gonna sue... and how the hell was he shootin 430? didnt they chrono? u coulve gotten hurt alot worse because the masks can only take so much

He must have had a mag on a full co2 tank dude, wow, hope yer ok, that would've been my worst nightmare!!:eek:

They they were scared that I was gonna sue...they had no waiver at the time. Of course, they do now. Not sure as to how he was shooting that hot, but I have heard stories of mags shooting through the plastic barrels they use for some speedball fields. Everyone cronies before each you go out for a few games...they make it below 300 fps. But you play 5-6 games before they re-cronie. Oh well that was awhile ago and I am fine.
I was kind of surprised the next game: my saftey was still on, and I realized that I hadn't got a shot off the entire time.

If you ever want to freak out a ref like my friend did, wait till nobody is around, and shoot he top of the chronie. When he did it is registered 770, and he pointed it out to a ref, who went crazie, rounded up everybody there with a marker and made them cronie. He was paranoid the rest of the day because of this.
