Okey dokey, there is a series of crazy stuff happening to my gun now. First, with my sight rail on, my valve leaks, with it off, it doean't, no explanation. Then, my new stainless barrel is having the hardest time getting on and off of my gun. I have two gun rails and tried the both, one wouldn't even let the barrel go on. Then, My on/off on my Kapp DZII is broken, how do I fix that? I also checked the o-rings on my barrel, and they're fine, don't know what the heck is wrong with all this. Hopefully somebody out there knows what to do, any help guys?

abuot the kapp adapter......... you prolly unscrewed it too much and it made it alittle loose so the knob got disconnected to the pin thing..... it happened to me too, just get pliers or a socket thingy and stick it in to hold the thing tight and twist it back in
just don't unscrew it too hard next time.........

As far as the hard to remove barrel- try adding a few drops of oil to the O-rings on the barrel. When I put new o-rings on my barrels, I had to oil them for a while until they wore a bit. If it is the barrel pin thingy (i have no idea wat this is called) make sure that the spring motion is nice and smooth (just press it) this might need to be oiled or replaced as well. It might be loose, which might also explain the inability to use your body rails.
When you put the sight rail on, does it touch the fitting that goes into the valve? I would check, replace the seals(if needed) and o-rings in your valve and give it a good oiling.

Where you screw the front and the back part of the valves together, my gun was leaking.......so I oiled that o-ring, and it stopped, whoa, have no idea why though..........and my sight rail wasn't tuching anything, it was just a coincidence, also, this barrel is five years old, doesn't even say DYE on it.......I think I just had to break it in to my gun though, cuz I got it working, and for some reason my Drop Zone's on/off is now working fine........Oh the mysteries of paintball guns..........
