When I checked, it said that the tracking # was valid. So i would give him until at least 3 days after the schedualed arrival date ups gives you. They are almost always one of two days late it seems.

most likely he shipped it from a ups store or his house or something, but it didnt get logged into the ups system until it got to a major processing point (i.e. san diego). Like i kno that for my area (i'm in st. pete) the nearest big ups place is in clearwater and accordingly when i get or ship stuff it says it is coming from clearwater... that might help explain

But that's totally irrelevant. I have a UPS drop-box in my town but the package isn't logged into the system until it gets to Roanoke. Roanoke is 37 miles from my house. A package will not be logged into the system until it reaches a major UPS Warehouse, which is San Diego for Encinitas.
