what kind of milling do yall think would look good on this BKO? I want to keep this relativly cheap.
http://jayloo.com/files/pics/6000/BKO23881.JPG
heres the motif I'm trying to do with it, I want to get:
skull grip panels
a skull lazer engraved
skull Bolt topper (what do you call those? they go on top of the silver thing on your bolt)
skull eye covers (maybe)
skull drop forward
so I'm going with the skull scheme. thanks for your inquiries

Skull grips=all your terrible ideas are belong to us. They HURT to grip. And they look corny, too. Gothic Imps have it. Speaking of Impulses, I've decided I might custom mill (dremel, check.) the Impulse logo onto my Tribal. It won't EXACTLY be the Imp logo, but it'd be like
/\
/\ / \ /\
/ \ / \ / \
/ \/ \ / \
/ \ / \_
\/ The NoPulse. :D And to match I'd buy an Impulse barrel condom. Just because that matches. But not from SP, from a person (so that SP already got the money, I'm not giving them more.)
Edit: didn't work.

What do you care about? Looks? Or performance? More, that is, both matter. The skull grips HURT. You WILL replace them for stickies in a week....

Skull grips dont hurt where did you hear that? Have you ever used them?
My bro's gun has them. They arent as comfy as stickies, but they are no worse than normal 45 grips. It's not like they will rip the skin off your hand if you hold it too tight. They look good on the right guns, but they wouldnt match just any gun. I wouldnt put them on my gun, but they look good on my bro's custom cocker.
Only bad thing I can say about them is they are heavy as crap. I think my bro's skull grips weigh about as much as his 14" Freak. But other than that, go for it.

Metal is nice too grip, but the skull pattern is even, it has varying height because of the skull design. So, as you grip it, certain skulls might dig into your palm, or something. The Hybrid panels aren't great either, but they're embossed, and even for the most part.

I think you should get some more performance upgrades before you get all of this cosmetic stuff
If you do get it custom milled, have them mill the hell out of it, have them half block it and make a Viewing window for the bolt, and have your favorite design laser engraved into it, and also have them round the corners and make it look less like a box (pretty much mill the hell out of it).
But if it was my bko I would get a new trigger frame, new trigger, new board, new lpr, clamping lowrise, unimount, pds, and a new bolt if you do not have one, because all of those upgrades would only cost you a little bit more than it would to get custom milling and all of that skull stuff (I think, I do not want to check out all of those prices, but I think it would cost like 100$ more because the pds is very expensive).

all those up there ^^^ were just stuff that had nothing to do with performance because I knew it wouldnt have anything to do with how well it would perform. I am planning on getting an acid trigger, chaos, CP lowrise, railmount, and PDS. I already have a new LPR and bolt. I might get the OTB frame.

Shoot an Angel, see if it's comfy. If it is, then get an OTB frame.

Art OTB Frame is still different. I would shoot an Impulse/Bushy (if you find someone with one) and then make your decision.

It's a 90 degree vert frame. The dimensions aren't one for one, but it's all in the same proportion. Will the vert frame Angel Skin grips or am I thinking of the Imp's I-frame?

Actually, pds will affect performance, new board will, and a new bolt will, and a unimount can also help affect performance.
-PDS will prevent chopping, enabling you to shoot faster.
-New Board will speed up your rof, and gives you more settings and options.
-New bolt can increase effeciency or decrease it.
-Unimounts can help you stay tighter and sometimes increase your air flow.

Art No, but they have a smaller trigger guard unlike the Space Frame, pretty sucky trigger, and sucky grips...or so I hear. Hey, some people like'em, some people don't.

I see, Gomster. 45 styled grips are overall more comfortable, but it depends on the user. Z-grips are tuckable, so that's good.
